- Translation Content: Documents, text, and files you submit for translation. This content is processed solely to deliver the translation service and is not used for any other purpose.
- Meeting & Audio Data: Audio recordings, transcriptions, and meeting notes generated through our AI meeting notes service. This data is processed to provide transcription, summarization, and related features.
- Payment Information: Billing details are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, frequency and duration of activities.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our translation and meeting notes services.
- Process and deliver AI-powered translations, transcriptions, and meeting summaries.
- Improve, personalize, and enhance your experience on our platform.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Process transactions and send related billing information.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.
AI Model Training: We do not use your translation content, audio recordings, or meeting notes to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with the following categories of third parties:
- Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure providers, AI/ML processing services, and payment processors that help us operate our platform. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as instructed.
- Translation & AI Partners: Third-party translation engines and speech-to-text services used to process your content. Data is transmitted securely and used only for delivering the requested service.
- Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand usage patterns and improve our product (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Translation Content: Processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after delivery, unless you choose to save it to your account.
- Meeting Recordings & Transcriptions: Stored in your account until you delete them. Upon account deletion, all recordings and transcriptions are permanently removed within 30 days.
- Usage & Log Data: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes, then automatically deleted or anonymized.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- Access controls and authentication for internal systems.
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Secure data centers with SOC 2 compliant cloud providers.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.
7. Your Rights
